Swollen lymph nodes

I am not sure really where to ask this question.

But it is possible to have swollen lymph nodes and shortness of breath/hard to breath with allergies?

I have no fever so it cant be an infection.

I ask because about 2 months ago I had a severe reaction 2 times to a medication i was takingm, broke out in hives etc...

I am still taking it mainly because my options are limited to the meds I can take and it prevents a relapse of more serious illness. It's kind of a catch 22 situation.
