Traditional food testing is not very accurate. I would suggest that you just iliminate various foods from your diet (for several weeks at a time to be sure) and see how you react. Do you suspect certain foods?

My next door neighbour has problems with acne and allergies, her doctor doesn’t believe it, but she started taking otc allergy pills and it started clearing up.   But she don’t want to continue to take otc meds, so I think allergy test is a good idea, then you can prevent break outs by not eating the things you are allergic too.
